Jucy Lucy Burger

  • 7 ounce Block of Sartori MontAmore Cheddar
  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Chuck
  • 1/2 Small Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 4 Sesame Seed Buns, Toasted
  •  Salt & Pepper
  •  Bread & Butter Pickles

Combine ground chuck with grated onion and garlic in a bowl. Mix well. Form 8 flat patties. Place slices of MontAmore on the center of half of the patties. Cover the cheese with another patty, pressing on the edges to ensure the cheese does not melt out. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill burger to your desired doneness. Assemble burgers, topping each with pickles.
