Dear Straub's Customer,

Straub's Fine Grocers was founded to fulfill the needs of the families in the neighborhoods we serve. On behalf of our entire company, it is our privilege to serve our communities in this time of crisis.

We are ready to serve you, following the rules together. To ensure the health and safety of our customers and community as a whole, we've implemented extra measures to assure social distancing and sanitation of our stores.

Here are some of the updated health and safety measure we are taking at Straub's.

• Mandatory Masks are now required by all customers over the age of 9 while shopping in our stores. We will provide masks at no cost in our customer service office for customers who do not have their own face covering.

• We have increased our Social Distancing Signage throughout the stores.

• Plexiglas Shields have been installed at all cash registers.

• We have made enhancements to our cleaning and sanitizing protocols, including regular sanitization of high-frequency touch points areas with hospital grade disinfectant.

As a family company in business for more than 118 years, we have seen our share of difficult times. We appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in us in the past and we will not let you down going forward.
