Fresh Squeezed Mimosa
1 (750 ml) bottle chilled dry sparkling wine
3 cups (750 ml) chilled Straub's Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 cup (120 ml) triple sec, optional
What's better to serve at brunch than a fabulous mimosa cocktail, made with dry sparkling wine and orange juice? Your best bet is to look for "Cava," which comes from Spain, or a sparkling wine or cider. A dry Prosecco is another great option. For a lighter taste, use Straub's freshly squeezed orange juice, which is a bit more tart and delicate.
Fill 8 champagne flutes half full with chilled sparkling wine. Top with orange juice. If you like, top it off with a tablespoon of triple sec and add fresh fruit.
