At Straubs.com, we ship all orders using UPS. However, if you have your own carrier number either with UPS or another shipping company, and would like to use it instead, call our Gift Department at 866-725-2121 ext. 12.

However, please note that if you do choose this option, Straub's waives responsibility for the condition of the goods during shipment and can not guarantee your full satisfaction.

If you do have a product damaged during shipping, you are responsible for making a claim with your shipping company.

The only exceptions to this policy are if the blame clearly lies with us (ie: if the product is improperly packaged).
